Please have in mind that we are based in Croatia, Europe. We keep it a priority to process your order and to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.

Domestic shipping / Dostava na području Hrvatske (Croatian addresses only)

Dostava na području Hrvatske je besplatna. Narudžbe se dostavljaju putem Hrvatske pošte (preporučena pošiljka).

Order processing time

All orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days (this does not include weekend days or holidays).

International shipping options

We ship worldwide with Priority Air Mail using Croatian Post service (Hrvatska pošta). Tracking is included.

*In rare cases, normal shipping time can be prolonged depending on the customs delays or specific events with the postal service in your country. We cannot be responsible for delays of post service due to holidays or weather conditions, but feel free to contact us and we will try to help resolve any issue you might have.

Shipping address

Your order will be shipped to the address you provided in the checkout process. Please make sure that this address is correct before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation notice with tracking number for your parcel so you can follow it on its way to the destination address.

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes that may be charged to international orders placed outside of European Union. These fees are separate from shipping charges and cannot be included in the price in the shop. For more information on taxes contact your local customs office.
